INTRODUCTION
For our services in the Philippines in 2008 the following satisfaction from visit of our Madrasah in Singapore of President of Cebu Muslim Office by inviting our Ustadhs to Philippines personally the first step had been taken. When calenders showed the month of October 2 Ustadhs as a requirement of task which given themselves began to the works by coming to Philippines, within 10 months official procedures of our Foundation had been completed and established in the date of 20 August 2009. In the date of 28 February 2010, first Boy Madrasah with 100 student capacity in a rental building in Cebu has been started to serving.
After just several centuries than Islam entered to region carried out with the expedition of Spaniard in the leadership of Magellan, Religion of Islam that newly began to spread the its place had been left to Christianity that imposed by Spaniards, Muslims remained as minority in the Philippines less lucky than neighboring countries such as Indonesia, Malaysia which Islam had been settled completely. Of the Cebu State Mufti, “Magellan entered to Philippine Islands from Cebu City and the cross of Christianity at first engrafted in Cebu City. The most suitable place also where will be beginning of the Islamic Services without any doubt is to be Cebu City.” with words our Foundation that started to operating, existing in their Country that christian has been and to Filipino Muslims who are in effort protecting their Islamic Identity is in the position of extending a hand. Main target of Philippines Islamic Cultural Centre besides the education is to obtain the Content of Allah(swt) by concerning about everything of Moro Muslims who forgotten part of Ummah(Muslim Communities). If we mention other services of our foundation; Qurbani Operatin Service, Iftar Programs (During Ramadhan), Supplying Books for Local Madrasahs, Clothing Aid which used clean, Providing Essential Materials, Health Control, Collective Circumcision Ceremonies etc.

Our VisionSulaymaniyah Education Centre is a vision that exposes Muslim students and communities to success in this life and hereafter.
Our MissionSulaymaniyah Education Centre endeavors manifesting Islamic learning by building trusting relationships with students, parents, and the community. We strongly feel that students must have effective, constant, and inexhaustible support that exposes them to values in a positive manner, both educationally and socially. We feel that, in order to build high achievement levels and self-esteem, students must be exposed to success. This allows them to be motivated to learn and to demonstrate respect for self, others, and for their exalted believes.We know that we can help our students to reach their true purposes in life. With this vision, we want to play a role in helping our students, families, and communities to have opportunities to be exposed to success.
Our Highest Priorities
• To prepare well educated muslim generations who are equipped with high moral values and strong Islamic belief.
• To impose the importance of education especially required Islamic education to muslim communities in the Philippines.
• To expose all students to success by supporting them with an understanding heart and by building trusting relationships with all students, families, and communities
• To create a learning community among students, educators and families.
• To collaborate with other organizations in social and educational field, both locally and at international level.
Sulaymaniyah Education Centre is a non-stock and non-profit social organization established in 2009 by the cooperation of Turkish and Filipino volunteers to develop educational and sociocultural programs for the benefit of needy Muslim society in the Philippines. Sulaymaniyah conducts Islamic education program for Filipino Muslim children at Qur’an Academy and Islamic Centre branches in Cebu and Manila with the goal of extending a hand for Muslim students to lead them into a prosperous future. Aside from having Al-Quran and Islamic Studies classes, our students are given opportunities to complete their formal education in cooperation with National Commission on Muslim Filipinos (NCMF), office of Philippine government for the affairs of Filipino Muslims with Alternative Education System (ALS). Currently we are receiving applications from most part of the country to benefit from our social and educational programs and qualified applicants are being accepted our boarding educational centers.
6 years of continuing education at different levels and branches of Suleymaniye Madrasahs, touching the lives of our students and being an exemplary Master to them is one of the most beautiful feelings that can be experienced.
